AZURELIFE Exercise Core Sliders

AZURELIFE Exercise Core Sliders

• Dual-Sided Design: The smooth plastic side works with most carpets or blankets (not all surfaces), and the foam material side works with most hard floors, wood or tile (not all surfaces). Generally speaking, use the plastic side down for smoother gliding. The foam side has a cushioning effect when your hands or feet press on it during workouts, providing a protective effect on your wrists. Build up your strength before adding this feature so you can hold the position effectively and safely
• Surface Compatibility Note: When you use the plastic side down, the plastic side of the core sliders can easily be scratched and may scratch your floor. Because of the material properties, all this kind of exercise sliders on the market have this characteristic. You can try using it on different surfaces such as carpet, blanket, exercise mat, or put a blanket on your workout mat. If you find that the foam side slides very easily on your floors, you can also use the foam side down to workout
