- [ QUALITY 40CR STEEL ] The main body is made from 40CR steel, its quenching hardness is 45 to 50 HRC; the pointed part is made form high speed steel, quenching hardness is 55 to 60HRC.
- [ 60° POINT ] The medium turning tools parts featured 60 degree point which is the most common configuration for general purpose work.
- [ IMMERSED & SEALED BEARINGS ] triple bearing design. Dust proof seal preventing cutting dust enter into bearing thus prolong service time.
- [ EAST to USE ] The revolving center lathe tailstock machine uses high speed bearing for , convenient to carry and maintain.
- [ APPLICATION ] Designed for lathe in medium speed and medium load environment. Can be used for high speed turning, suitable for CNC lathes.
