AMACO Velvet Underglaze, 2 oz. (59 mL), V-389 Flame Orange
- AMACO Velvet V-389 Flame Orange Underglaze (2 oz.) is a carrot color that is a bright red-orange at Cone 05, darkens at Cone 5, and becomes a deep persimmon color at Cone 10.
- AMACO Velvet “V” Underglazes can be applied to bisque and wet/unfired clay.
- Apply to wet/bone-dry clay before firing, or on Cone 04 bisque and cover with a glaze before firing to Cone 05-10.
- When left unglazed, these underglazes have a soft, velour look. Glaze with clear matte glaze for a satin finish, or gloss glaze to intensify color.
- Mix to create hundreds of colors!
