- Does not come with caps ; Vials Manufactured from clear Type I borosilicate glass and and is resistant to high and low temperatures
- ALWSCI use a 20mm beveled edge finish vial reduced the amount of sealing surface between the crimp seal and the glass surface
- ALWSCI 10 ml vial size: The diameter is 22.5mm/0.88inch, height is 46mm/1.81inch
- A flat bottom might be necessary when vials have to run within the instrument on a slightly downwards tendency and preferred for manual headspace autosamplers
- Clear glass vials with 20 mm crimp seal finish are designed to fit most headspace autosamplers. Flat bottom maximizes heating efficiency
ALWSCI have a wall thickness of 1mm.
A bevelled top Headspace Neck might be required for some special closure systems (PerkinElmer) .
Allowing for even heating and safer operation at higher pressures.
Vials are manufactured from Type I borosilicate glass and accept 20 mm aluminum seals.
