• Enhanced Heat Dissipation: All metal smooth insulation, composed of bi-metal copper and titanium alloy insulation sections, provides better heat dissipation effect. The throat is closely integrated with the heating block, and the structure of the throat has been upgraded. A step limit has been added at the fitting point with the heating block, reducing the phenomenon of material leakage and detachment
• Improved Printing Quality: The roughness of the inner wall of the throat and nozzle is Ra0.4, reducing blockage and improving printing quality. The connection between the heating block and the radiator is upgraded to two titanium alloy screws for fixation, avoiding the bending and breaking of the throat during high-speed printing. At the same time, titanium alloy has better insulation effect and increases stability
