NEWLY improved with the latest in solid state technology, our AC Traffic Light Controller is the perfect solution for all of your traffic signal needs. Accepting standard 120VAC line voltage (240VAC available on request), this controller provides over 500 Watts of power per channel and will drive full-sized LED and incandescent traffic lights (that includes all household incandescent and LED bulbs). Solid state outputs also means both inductive and non-inductive loads can be switched effortlessly for years. Mechanical relays are noisy and can fail after several months under short cycle time conditions. For this reason solid state relays have been the industry standard in the traffic light control for over 30 years. The logic section is protected by a rugged yet energy efficient solid state spike suppression circuit. It can handle voltage spikes up to 1KV, yet only draws about 1/2 watt. Using microcontroller technology, 16 different programmable sequences can be easily selected with the push of a button. No need to cycle power to change the program. The units come with quick installation instructions and four (4) adhesive standoffs for effortless mounting on virtually any surface.
