• 【TIPS FOR USE】Place the 3-piece pressure regulator on the vent pipe after the 10-minute venting period is complete. Processing time begins once the pressure regulator begins to rock gently. Adjust heat to maintain a slow, steady rocking motion during the processing time.
• 【WARM PROMPT】When using the 3-piece pressure regulator on a Presto dial gauge canner, do not compare or reply on the dial guage. Use only the pressure canner regulator as the indication of pressure in the canner.
