Repels mosquitos and ticks for up to 8 hours. This Deet Free formula is alcohol free, nonflammable, and will not degrade your personal items like Deet formulations. EPA designated as a bio pesticide not a pesticide like Picaridin or Deet. Does not kill only repels insects, nontoxic to birds or fish. The active Ingredient IR3535 is approved for bees, wasps, flys, chiggers, and other insects. Safe to use around your beloved four-legged friends. Can be reapplied up to 3 times a day and does not need to be washed off like Deet or Picaridin.
