- Complete set includes 4 Challis Grips 1911 slim hex drive grip screw bushings and 4 custom O-rings for grip installation.
- Hex drive design allows installation and removal with a standard 7/32-inch nut driver or socket while helping maintain proper alignment during installation.
- Reusable stainless steel bushings can be removed for maintenance or refinishing and reinstalled without requiring replacement.
- Designed for 1911 pistols with slim grips measuring 0.190 inches or thicker. Full-size and extra-slim options are available for other grip thicknesses.
- Custom O-rings help maintain a secure grip screw fit. Compatible with most U.S.-made 1911-style pistols using slim grip bushings.
This kit includes 4 each of our Slim-Size Bushings, Bushing O-Rings, and Grip Screw O-Rings. These bushings are easy to install and remove. Our custom O-rings prevent stripped threads, loose grip screws, scuffed frames and provide the most secure mounting available for the 1911. You can feel the difference. This slim size bushing will work with grips not less than 0.190" thick. Please see our Full-Size for thicker grips.
