• UPGRADED 5MM HIGH-FLOW PORT: Unlike standard 3-way valves with a restrictive 3mm orifice, our 5mm reduced port design ensures significantly higher flow capacity, making it exceptionally well-suited for gas applications and minimizing unnecessary pressure drops in water or oil lines.
• HEAVY-DUTY BARSTOCK CONSTRUCTION: Machined entirely from thick 304 Stainless Steel barstock, this valve is 1/3 heavier than conventional models. Its mirror-like secondary polish delivers a premium finish, though minor handling marks from processing and packaging may be present.
• FIRM INITIAL TORQUE, LASTS A LIFETIME: Engineered with robust internal seals, this valve requires slightly higher initial operating torque. This firmness is a sign of solid, durable construction and, like all quality ball valves, it will naturally smooth out with repeated use for long-term, reliable service.
• VERSATILE L-PORT DIVERTING: An essential component for instrument gauge manifolds, pneumatic actuator routing, and liquid or gas line diversion. The L-Port design allows you to reliably direct flow from a single inlet to either of two outlets, or to shut off flow completely.
• EXCEPTIONAL GAS COMPATIBILITY: Originally engineered for gas systems and fully tested for leak-tight performance, this valve is also fully compatible with water and oil. For liquid applications, please be aware that the 5mm reduced port will result in lower flow rates compared to full-port valves.
• PTFE SEALS FOR WIDE TEMPERATURE RANGE: Equipped with PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) seals and seats, this valve reliably operates across a temperature range of -20℃ to +180℃ (-4℉ to +356℉), maintaining consistent sealing performance for gas, water, and oil applications.
