3M Stainless Steel Cleaner & Protector, Scotchgard, Flip-Top Cap

3M Stainless Steel Cleaner and Protector with Scotchgard leaves an invisible layer of protection on stainless steel surfaces making them easier to clean. This water-based, oil-free formula allows for quick-drying streak-free spot cleaning which helps reduce labor and lower product consumption. Attracts less dirt and dust than leading polishes. Non-corrosive and non-flammable. NSF A7 certified.


Important surface preparation instructions: Before applying this product for the first time, all previously applied polish must be completely removed from the surface. Apply an alkaline degreasing product such as 3M Sharpshooter or 409(R) to the surface and scrub with a non-scratch sponge such as ocelo or Scotch-Brite Easy Erasing Pad. If a squeegee is available, use to squeegee off oil and dirt. Wipe up degreaser with a microfiber cloth or paper towel. If any degreaser streaks are left behind, remove with water and a clean towel. Then apply 3M Stainless Steel Cleaner and Protector to the surface with a clean towel and use for all future cleaning.
