2-Set DIY Window Screen Frame Kit, Cut-to-Fit Up to 48 x 48 in

2-Set DIY Window Screen Frame Kit, Cut-to-Fit Up to 48 x 48 in

• COMPLETE COMPONENT SET FOR 2 WINDOW SCREENS: Includes 8 × 48" aluminum frame rails, 2 × 51.2" × 51.2" fiberglass mesh sheets, 2 rolls of spline, 8 corner connectors, 4 tension springs, 4 pull tabs, 6 screen clips, 1 spline roller, 1 utility knife, and 1 step-by-step installation manual. The matched components provide enough material to build two rectangular window screens up to 48" × 48" each.
• DIY CUSTOM CUT-TO-FIT: Stop settling for screens that are too large, too small, or leave gaps. Measure and cut the frame and mesh to fit rectangular windows up to 48" × 48". Ideal for older homes, missing screens, and hard-to-find sizes, while helping avoid costly custom-made replacements.
• ALL THE KEY TOOLS FOR EASIER INSTALLATION: Includes 6 screen clips, 1 spline roller, 1 utility knife, matched hardware, and a step-by-step user guide. The clips keep the mesh from shifting, while the roller and knife make it easier to press in the spline and trim excess mesh—helping first-time DIYers avoid mistakes, rework, and frustration. Metal-cutting saw required; not included.
• LARGER MESH WITH MORE ROOM TO TRIM: Includes two approx. 51.2" × 51.2" black 18 × 16 fiberglass mesh sheets. The extra material around the edges makes positioning, cutting, and fitting easier, helping reduce the risk of coming up short while maintaining airflow, light, and everyday visibility.
• FITS MOST RECTANGULAR WINDOWS: Cut the frame and mesh to fit window openings up to 48" × 48". Ideal for bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, basements, older homes, and hard-to-find sizes. Measure the opening and track before purchase. Not suitable for arched or round windows.
