2015 Winter High Mountain Jin Xuan Oolong Tea
Milk oolong tea, harvest in Taiwan, is also known as Jian Xuan. When brewed this tea produces a milky aroma and a creamy light sweet taste. The milk oolong is naturally processed with no artificial flavoring. The cream milky taste and aroma are produced by processing the tea leaves that endured a sudden change in weather during harvest at special conditions. Oolong Tea is the perfect tea for an early morning start. It almost tastes like an Osmanthus Jasmine Tea. The brew yields a sweet and full cup, celedon in color. The leaves may be infused many times. Use a nice handful in a guywan to wake these buds up. Steep for short infusions of 30-60 seconds, and sometimes less if you are using a lot of leaves.
