2 Pack Replacement for Moen 1222 Posi-Temp Shower Cartridge with Removal Tool | Single-Handle Tub & Shower Valve Cartridge | Fixes Drips and Temperature Problems | Pressure-Balance

• Replacement for Moen 1222 Posi-Temp: A single-handle tub and shower valve cartridge for Moen Posi-Temp valves, with the cartridge removal tool included. Restores smooth handle action and steady water control.
• Fixes Drips and Temperature Problems: Replaces a worn 1222 cartridge that drips, leaks, sticks, or will not hold a steady temperature. A fresh cartridge is the standard fix for a Moen single-handle shower that has gone bad.
• Pressure-Balance Temperature Control: The pressure-balance design holds your shower temperature steady even when water is used elsewhere in the house, helping protect against sudden hot or cold swings.
• This Is the 1222, Not the 1224 or 1225: The 1222 Posi-Temp is not interchangeable with the Moen 1224, 1225, 1200, or 1255 ExactTemp. Each of those uses a different cartridge. Order this one only for a Posi-Temp valve.
• Cross-Reference for Aftermarket 1222 Cartridges: A fit alternative to common aftermarket Moen 1222 cartridge part numbers. When the original is hard to find or overpriced, this restores the same Posi-Temp function.
• Removal Tool Included: A cartridge puller tool is in the box, so you can pull the old cartridge without buying a separate puller. This saves a trip to the store and the cost of a standalone tool.
• Built for Property Maintenance: Ideal for landlords, property managers, and maintenance pros servicing Moen Posi-Temp showers across multifamily, rental, and hospitality properties.
• Verify Compatibility Before Ordering: Confirm your shower is a Moen single-handle Posi-Temp valve that uses OEM cartridge 1222 or 1222B before purchase. Not compatible with Moen 1200, 1224, 1225, or 1255 valves.
