- Connects switch-side OSFP/OSFP-RHS port to NIC-side OSFP-RHS port on NVIDIA ConnectX-7 only (MCX75310AAS-NEAT, MCX75310AAC-NEAT). Used for 400G Ethernet/InfiniBand NDR switch-to-GPU-server links in AI training, HPC, storage, and cloud racks.
- OSFP-RHS is flat-top without integrated heatsink, relying on host riding heatsink/cold plate in the cage; it fits ConnectX-7/BlueField-3 RHS cages. OSFP-IHS has a finned heatsink for air cooling and will NOT fit RHS cages. Confirm your port is OSFP-RHS before purchase.
- Designed for NVIDIA ConnectX-7 MCX75310AAS-NEAT/AAC-NEAT (single-port 400G OSFP RHS cage), MCX75310AAS-HEAT/MCX75510AAS-HEAT (NDR200). NOT for ConnectX-7 QSFP112 models or BlueField-3 DPU (QSFP112 only).
- 400Gbps via 4×100G PAM4, up to 106.25Gbps/lane. No retimer, no external power. Compliant with IEEE 802.3ck (400GBASE-CR4), 802.3cd, OSFP-RHS MSA, CMIS 5.0.
- No retimer or external power needed. <0.1W per end cuts thermal load in high-density GPU racks vs. active optical/copper, lowering cooling and data center energy costs.
- Both ends must be OSFP-RHS; not an OSFP (finned/IHS), not a QSFP-DD, not a QSFP112. Hot-pluggable, OSFP MSA compliant.
