Perfect for aligning drawer fronts. Attach the drawer front to the drawer, tighten enough to keep in place.
Close the drawer and then align it.
The oversized screw head will allow for movement around a 5/16" adjusting hole.

The screw is half-threaded to ensure that thread engagement is in drawer front only.
